Our AI-powered product analysis, landed cost calculations, HS code suggestions, and customs duty estimates are provided for informational purposes only. Results carry an accuracy range of 80% to 90% depending on product complexity, supplier data quality, and current customs regulations.

Galcios does not guarantee that estimated duties, taxes, or landed costs are 100% accurate. Always verify critical figures with a licensed customs broker or freight forwarder before placing bulk orders. Galcios is not liable for financial losses arising from reliance on platform estimates.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Vercel — for hosting and edge functions
Alibaba Cloud (Qwen API) — for AI analysis of product data
Bright Data — for web scraping of public supplier information (product links you submit)
Legal authorities when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@galcios.com.
