By creating an account or using Galcios (galcios.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Galcios is a B2B import cost analysis platform designed for Moroccan and North African importers. It provides AI-powered product analysis, landed cost calculations (product price + sea/air/express freight + customs duties + VAT), HS code suggestions, supplier discovery, and related sourcing tools.
Galcios provides estimates based on available data and AI analysis. Our analyzer achieves 80–90% accuracy under typical conditions. Results are for informational guidance only and do not constitute professional customs, legal, or financial advice. You must verify all figures with a licensed customs broker before placing commercial orders. Galcios is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate estimates.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account, use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape or automate access beyond the API allowance, or use results to mislead third parties. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Paid plans (Starter $29/mo, Pro $79/mo, Enterprise $199/mo) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans include a 20% discount. A 14-day free trial is available on all plans — no credit card required to start. After the trial, you must provide payment information to continue. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued within 7 days of the first charge if you have not used the service beyond the trial period.
All platform content, branding, algorithms, and software are the property of Galcios. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant Galcios a limited license to process your data to deliver the service. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any portion of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galcios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you by email and with a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
